INDIVIDUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A person with voting privileges, not holding membership in another category. Attend all membership meetings and serve or chair on committees Listed on the website as Board of Directors.
NOT-FOR-PROFIT
A not-for-profit organization approved by the Board of Directors to have the authority to have one vote. Attend all membership meetings and serve on committees and logos on the website as a member organization and all social media with an Appreciation Certificate
CORPORATE
A for-profit corporation approved by the Board of Directors to have the authority to have one vote. Attend all membership meetings and serve on committees and logos on the website as a member organization and all social media with an Appreciation Certificate
STUDENT
A person enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education designated by the Board of Directors without voting privileges. Attend all membership meetings and serve on committees.
HONORARY
A person not holding membership in another category designated by the Board of Directors without voting privileges. (government or state agency) Attend all membership meetings and serve on committees. List on the website as honorary members optional is the organization’s logo.
PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP
A person not holding membership in another category designated by the Board of Directors without voting privileges. Attend all membership meetings and serve on committees. A person that believes in the mission and vision of OhioICC and committed to achieving health and social equity.
